As a specialist in clinical immunology with a specialization in allergology, Prof. Jensen-Jarolim has no contracts with health insurance companies and practices privately. If you need a rejection from your compulsory insurer in order to submit the invoice to your private insurance, we will be happy to support you promptly with the electronic submission.
Prof. Jensen-Jarolim is authorized to issue prescriptions for private physicians. She can therefore issue prescriptions for insured persons and those entitled to benefits from the ÖGK, BVA-OEB and SVS health insurance companies. These are booked directly onto your e-card and can be redeemed directly at the pharmacy.

We use 2-factor authentication, so please have your mobile phone ready when registering. You can select different appointment types:
1.) Initial allergy consultation combined with the ALEX® allergy test. Your allergy history is determined in a detailed conversation. Then a small tube of blood is taken and the allergy test for 300 allergens is started. The ALEX® allergy test is a private service and is currently not reimbursed by statutory health insurance companies, except for private insurance.
2.) Initial allergy consultation via telemedicine , combined with the sending of a self-collection kit and allergy test ALEX®. Recommended for adults and only for children over 12 years of age. If you are unable to collect blood yourself, have your doctor take a serum tube and send it in the envelope included in the kit.
3.) Discussion of allergy findings in the doctor's office. It is advisable to reserve the discussion of findings at the same time so that the test results can be translated into concrete recommendations and measures.

5.) Order the blood collection kit for home use combined with ALEX allergy test. With this booking, a blood collection kit will be sent to the address you specified and the test results will be sent electronically. You do not need to appear in person for this order, but you must pay in advance via PayPal.
6.) Food intolerance test (lactose, fructose, histamine). After ordering, you will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for the test, which will last several hours, and a date that suits you will be set.
7.) NEW: Basophil activation test (BAT): In the detailed initial allergy consultation, the allergens relevant to you are determined and an appointment is made to take a blood sample for the BAT, which challenges your living blood cells with the allergens. Suitable for complex allergies, such as those to medication.
